The most important contribution of this Platform is not to tell you how recruitment processes work, nor is it to give you guidance on how to improve applications or interviews.

The most valuable part is helping you realize that achieving things is not a solo game. It is a teamwork effort, where you need to leverage the knowledge, experience, and the learnings of others.

We will guide you through the networking process by including one a dedicated Networking section in each of the topics discussed. This way, you will have an easier time applying all this guidance to your specific needs (e.g. "How do I network for the business case interview I plan to have?").

Once you start having information interviews, informal chats and any other interaction with people, you will realize that you don´t need a Platform like this one so much. Because you will investigate things on your own, and, day after day, you will feel a bit more in control of the process, and ultimately your own career.
